Job Description:

1. Maximise Franchise Operation Department Efficiency and Productivity
- Work independently to assist centre principal with simple consultation regarding to centre operations and  centre improvement strategies.
- Perform field visit to audit centre performance.
- Conduct annual comprehensive visit, recommend cost-effective solutions to operational challenges and provide improvement strategies to centre.
- Oversee implementations on centre's improvement plan.
- Other company projects or event (exhibition, concert, graduation, etc) assigned.

2. Administrative Task

- Prepare letters or documentations for the department or centre.
- Monitor centre documentation record and prepare various centre reports.

3. Centres and inter-department support and cross communication 

- Liaise with other departments  to support centre operations.
- Assist R&D department to prepare monthly training or other projects.
- Conduct program training for teachers.
