Job Description:

1. 创建对孩子来说有趣且具有教育意义的活动
2. 与其他老师合作，以确保学校营造出一个吸引和养育每个孩子的环境
3. 管理日常课堂活动，包括结构化课程，免费游戏，上厕所，午餐时间和学生休息时间
4. 参加专业会议，教育会议和教师培训讲习班，以保持和提高专业能力
5. 履行主管或中心负责人分配的所有其他职责
