Job Description:

1. Recruiting new franchisees

- Contact potential franchisees to schedule program preview appointment
- Conduct information sessions via Zoom platform or in-person
- Follow up the progress with potential franchisees
- Look for potential locations for new centre set up
- Participate in franchisee recruiting events and activities such as exhibitions or webinar
- Achieve franchisee recruitment KPI quarterly

2.  On-board newly franchisees and hand over to Pre-operation & Operation Department

- On-board new franchisees by guiding them to the next steps
- Ensure new franchisees successfully open up the new centres
- Plan pre-operation timeline with new franchisees
- Follow up on the new centre’s renovation schedule
- Follow up on the payment progress from new franchisees

 3. Administration task

- Assist with all administrative task for the franchise development and pre-operation department

4. Perform all other duties assigned by manager 

.

Education Level:

Diploma or Degree

Field of Studies:

Preferable in Business, Marketing, Education, or Early Childhood Education field

Language:

Fluent in English and/or Mandarin
